For years, I worked in business and IT. I understand responsibility, deadlines, pressure — and what it feels like to function well on the outside while something inside feels unsettled.

In 2003, I joined a silent retreat.
What I discovered was not a silent mind, but awareness itself — quiet, clear, and steady.

Stillness is not the absence of thoughts.
It is the awareness that gives you the freedom to choose.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

For more than 22 years — including long silent retreats and deep personal practice — I have immersed myself in meditation, breathwork, and self-inquiry.

Today, I bring that depth into my work as a clarity coach.
