Freedom from Overthinking
A 14-Morning Before-Work
Meditation and Awareness practice for people who want more clarity, better decisions, and greater peace of mind.
Most people try to think their way to clarity.
Yet more thinking often creates more doubt, more stress, and more confusion.
This program helps you discover another way.
Through guided meditation, presence practices, and awareness exercises integrated into daily life, you’ll learn to stop being unconsciously carried away by your thoughts and cultivate greater clarity, focus, and peace of mind.
Do You Recognise This? You’re not alone. Many experience these patterns every day.
Your mind rarely seems to stop.
You replay conversations.
You overanalyse decisions.
You worry about the future.
And even after making a decision, part of you keeps questioning it.
You may recognise some of this:
• You spend more time thinking than acting.
• Important decisions take longer than they should.
• You find it difficult to find peace of mind after work.
• You are physically present but mentally elsewhere, and the people you love notice it.
• You judge yourself more harshly than you would a good friend.
• You know meditation could help, yet it never becomes a habit.
Over time, constant mental activity creates stress, self-doubt, and a feeling that something is missing.
Thinking is a beautiful tool.
The difficulty begins when thinking starts running your life.
The goal is not to stop thinking.
The goal is to stop being unconsciously carried away by your thoughts.
Most people try to think their way to clarity.
This program helps you discover another way.
The Cost of Not Changing
More thinking does not always lead to greater clarity.
Many people spend years repeating the same mental patterns without realising it:
• Doubting yourself: “Am I good enough?” “Am I doing the right thing?”
• Keep on overthinking your decisions
• Bringing tension into your work and relationships
• Missing important moments with your children and partner because your attention is elsewhere
The same thoughts lead to the same reactions.
The same reactions create the same life.
The greatest cost is spending years seeking clarity in the place that keeps you stuck.
Imagine 14 Mornings From Now
You will still have thoughts. But thoughts no longer run your life.
You make decisions with greater clarity.
You notice stress sooner and recover faster.
You are more present with the people around you.
You know how to return to calm, even on difficult days.
You spend less time in your head and more time living.
Real transformation doesn’t happen only during meditation.
It happens in the way you live.

Hi i'm Dhyan
For more than 20 years, meditation, breathwork, and silence have shaped my life. In 2002, I left my job to travel around the world, and in 2003, a Goenka Vipassana retreat in McLeod Ganj India set me on a lifelong path of practice.
After a period working in Amsterdam, I travelled back to India in 2005 and spent about nine months near Arunachala in deep silence and self-inquiry.
I returned to the Netherlands in 2008 and later worked at the University of Amsterdam, but the call toward meditation never left.
In 2018, I resigned to fully commit to long retreats. And in 2018, I spent more than 6.5 months in silence, including retreats of up to 60 days, guided by different teachers with backgrounds in non-duality. In 2018, I also met my rootlama Lopon Tenzin Namdag Rinpoche: Bonpo, Dzogchen.
Since 2019, I’ve been supporting professionals, yoga teachers, and people seeking calm and clarity through live guided meditation, breathwork, and retreats.
My approach
Simple. Grounded. No dogma, no concepts.
Just clear guidance to help you reconnect with your natural stillness — exactly as you are.

FAQ
ask us
anything
Do I need to take 21 days off work?
No.
This program is specifically designed to fit into daily life. The sessions take place before work and can be attended from home.
Is this course also suitable if I have no experience?
Yes, definitely. We start with the basics and build it up slowly. Everyone is welcome.
Why every morning?
Doing the morning practice will help you experience benefits throughout the day. For example, you recognize faster when you are stuck in thoughts, and then you have a choice to let them go for more peace of mind.
Do I have to pick a time?
No, you can choose your timeslot based on your schedule, and that can change during the week. Make sure you start at the beginning of your preferred time slot. The most important thing is that you practice every day.
What if i miss a session?
Life happens.
Attend as many sessions as you can. The value comes from consistency, not perfection.
What is the difference between the 6.30 - 6.55 am class, and the 7.00 - 8.00 am Amsterdam time?
For those who wake up early, a meditation session is available from 6:30 to 6:55. If you are unable to attend this session, there is another one from 7:00 to 8:00. This meditation session is more in-depth, and includes often a few breathing exercises to help you calm your mind and support the meditation process.
Do I have to sit all the time during the 1-hour meditation?
During meditation from 07:00 to 08:00 AM Amsterdam time. Monday through Friday and at weekends, you can sit on a chair or sofa. And if you need to stretch your legs that is always possible. You can also stay for 30 minutes.
I can't attend at the weekend. Can I still participate?
Yes, you can also participate
What time is the meditation on the weekend?
The meditation is on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 – 9:00 Amsterdam time. You can leave after 30 minutes.
Do I have to sit on a pillow?
You may sit on a chair, sofa or cushion in a sitting position. If you lie down, there is a good chance that you will fall asleep.
I can only attend on weekends and not during the week. Can I still participate?
Please get in touch with me first at dhyan@gmail.com. It depends on your background in meditation.
Are there recordings of the sessions?
No, there are no recordings of the sessions. The power of this course is to experience a peaceful mind by practicing it every day.
Is it also possible to participate, for example, for 10 or 14 mornings?
That is possible in consultation. Send me a message via meinoud@gmail.com or WhatsApp at see left upper corner of the website.
Why 21 mornings?
Real change comes from consistency, not one-off sessions.
Practicing daily for 21 days helps your mind and nervous system settle into a new rhythm.
In this period, meditation becomes a habit rather than something you have to remember or motivate yourself to do. Many participants notice they feel calmer in the morning, less reactive during the day, and more aware of their thoughts instead of being caught in them. They experience more joy and clarity during the day.
The 21-day format is long enough to experience real benefits, yet short enough to fit into a busy life — without pressure or long-term commitment.
It’s a simple, practical way to experience what daily guided meditation can do for you.
Is there also a meditation day or weekend?
Yes, there are silent retreats and meditation days. See my my website on retreats.
What is the difference with a meditation app?
Live guided meditation offers you something different.
Because the sessions are live, the guidance responds to the energy of the group and the moment. You’re not just listening — you’re practising together, which helps many people stay committed and focused.
With live guidance:
you show up at a set time, which builds consistency
there’s a sense of connection and accountability
you can ask questions and get personal clarification
the practice feels alive, not repetitive
Apps are helpful for occasional use.
Live guided meditation supports deeper learning, habit-building, and real integration into daily life — especially if you’re new to meditation or want more structure and deeper your experience with meditation.
How much time does it take each day?
Depending on the timeslot, between 25 and 60 minutes.
The real practice is not just during meditation. You’ll also learn simple awareness exercises that can be integrated into your normal day.
Do I need a quiet meditation room?
No.
A quiet place is helpful, but many participants simply join from home.
I've never meditated before. Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely.
Many participants join with no meditation experience at all.
The practices are explained step-by-step.
My mind is constantly busy. Can I still meditate?
A busy mind is one of the most common reasons people join.
Meditation is not about having no thoughts.
It is about developing a different relationship with your thoughts.
What if I can't sit still?
That’s perfectly normal.
Meditation is a skill that develops through practice.
You don’t need to be good at it to benefit from it.
What results can I expect?
Many participants notice:
Less mental noise
Greater clarity
Better focus
More presence in daily life
More confidence in decision-making
Greater awareness of the thoughts they are feeding
Everyone’s experience is different, but most people notice changes within the first week.
Will this stop my thoughts?
No.
The goal is not to stop thinking.
The goal is to stop being unconsciously carried away by your thoughts.
Is this therapy?
No.
This is a meditation and awareness training program.
The focus is on developing awareness, clarity, and practical tools for daily life.
What makes this different from a meditation app?
Most apps guide you through a meditation.
This program teaches you how to integrate awareness into your daily life.
You’ll receive live guidance, personal support, and practical exercises that help you bring awareness into work, relationships, and everyday situations.
Why live sessions?
Many people know meditation would benefit them but struggle to practice consistently on their own.
The live sessions create structure, accountability, and support.
Why are the first 5 mornings free?
Because meditation is best experienced, not explained.
The first 5 mornings allow you to experience the program for yourself before deciding whether you’d like to continue. PS occasional i teach a 14 days program in these programs it is 3 mornings for free
What if I decide the program isn't for me?
That’s completely fine.
The first 5 mornings are free and without obligation. (14 days programs it is 3 days for free)
