What This Includes
- 6 weeks, 1:1
- 10 sessions (60 minutes per session)
- Weeks 1–2: 2 sessions per week
- Weeks 3–6: 1 session per week
- Daily practices (first 2 weeks)
- WhatsApp support between sessions
How We Work
We meet what’s there.
Sessions are guided by what’s actually happening for you.
There is structure —
But it doesn’t get in the way.
The first phase is more intensive.
After that, you start relying more on your own clarity.
The session can be with Zoom, or, depending on time and location, we can meet in person.
