Life Coaching 1 - 1

Bereik je doelen sneller dan je in je eentje zou doen. In onze 1-op-1 sessies onderzoeken we wat er echt toe doet voor jou – en wat je mogelijk nog tegenhoudt. Gegrond, praktisch en vanuit het hart. Ik combineer heldere coachingtools met meditatie en ademhalingsoefeningen om ruis te verminderen, eenvoudige wekelijkse acties te creëren en je op een zachte manier verantwoordelijk te houden. Voor focus, energie en richting – op maat voor jou.

Retraite

Trek je terug in de stilte en keer terug naar jezelf, naar je essentie. Tijdens een rustig weekend of een dag, begeleiden Dhyan en Gwenda je door meditatie, ademhalingsoefeningen, yoga nidra en zachte beweging. We vertragen, resetten het zenuwstelsel en herstellen de verbinding met helderheid en warmte. Geen ervaring nodig – alleen een open hart en comfortabele kleding.
