SIlent City Afternoon Retreat – Amsterdam

Invitation for an afternoon silent retreat in Amsterdam on 21 of June 2026

Silent Afternoon City retreat

Silent Retreat — An Afternoon of Stillness

There are moments when life keeps moving…
but something inside quietly asks for space.

Space to breathe.
Space to slow down.
Space to hear yourself again beneath the constant movement of daily life.

On Sunday afternoon, 21 June 2026

You are warmly invited to a gentle city retreat in Amsterdam.

An afternoon to step away from screens, conversations, pressure, and mental noise — and return to stillness, clarity, and deep rest.

Through meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, gentle standing practices, and silence, we slowly move from doing into simply being.

You do not need experience with meditation.
You do not need to “empty your mind.”
You only need the willingness to pause.

Many people feel surprisingly rested, lighter, calmer, and more connected after just a few hours of silence.

Not because something is added…
but because the nervous system finally gets a chance to soften.
